” Here at Harvest Organic Grille, our goal is provide you, our valued patron, with a delicious dining experience comprised of healthy, natural, sustainable, and fresh ingredients. We maintain the nutritional value of our dishes by applying slow cooking methods instead of using a microwave or deep fryer. We cater to those with food aversions by offering 36 gluten-free, 25 vegetarian, and 27 dairy-free dishes. Vegan options are also available. We strive to go above and beyond your typical restaurant by serving you the highest quality products. Himalayan Salt and Alkaline water is provided at your table. To complement your meal, 16 raw fruit and vegetable juices are offered as your beverage. Our Wild-Caught fish, all natural chicken, and premium meat selections are naturally low in calories and saturated fat. It is indulgent food without the guilt. “

Fruits, nuts, and vegetables, aside from tasting good in their simple form, provide you with an amazing boost of energy, better sleep, and an increase in mental clarity. Newly picked fruits, nuts, and vegetables that have been carefully chosen provide us with a unique taste of freshness that, simply put, just feels great.

Approximately 75% of adults in the world have trouble digesting lactose. To people with lactose intolerance, dairy consumption means stomach cramps, bloating, gas and diarrhea. For the people who suffers from lactose intolerance, maintaining a dairy-free diet not only relieves the symptoms caused by sensitivities, but also reduces risk of more severe health problems and diseases. It comes from one specific location in the East Karakoram range of a Himalayan mountain in Pakistan. Also known as “white gold,” Himalayan Crystal Salt contains the same 84 natural minerals and elements found in the human body. Common cooking salt is basically an industrial waste product with only two of the original 84 elements remaining (sodium and chlorine) that is detrimental to our health. However, Himalayan crystal salt is a salt that is more beneficial than harmful.

Alkaline water, also called ionized water, is a type of water that is believed to have a lot of health benefits. Alkaline water is simple water that has been ionized. It helps to make the body pH in the perfect range suitable for health. It is said that drinking alkaline water can help to prevent diseases associated with bones and cellular degeneration, for example arthritis, osteoporosis and assorted types of kidney’s diseases. Alkaline water normalizes blood flow as by normalizing blood pH levels. It is also a powerful antioxidant and it increases energy. At Harvest, we only serve alkaline water at a higher-than-neutral PH value.

At Harvest, we only offer healthy meals. That’s why we don’t serve any fried food. Lots of studies have proven that fried foods are unhealthy, and can be responsible for dangerous diseases. Fried foods have little to no nutritional value, because the high temperature of cooking kills all the proteins and enzymes in the dishes. Fried foods are known to cause obesity. They have also been linked with heart disease, clogged arteries, cholesterol, high blood pressure, polar compounds, and cancer.

At Harvest, we don’t have microwaves, because we make it a point to serve you only healthy and nutritious food. Live, healthy, and nutritious foods can become dead in a matter of seconds when you use a microwave. The radiation breaks down any vitamins and minerals in the food and changes its natural structure. Your body cannot handle these irradiated molecules and they eventually weaken your immune and digestive systems as they don’t provide you with the proper nutrition.

At Harvest, we cook from scratch. By definition, scratch means 100% fresh ingredients. We don’t cook ready products, but rather we buy each ingredient individually from local providers. All sauces, flavors, and foods are prepared inside of the restaurant. This means we don’t use canned foods. Canned foods are filled with sodium, added sugars and a dose of BPA for preserving their nutrients. These include all the potential risks associated with exposure such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, birth defects, and obesity.

A preservative is a substance added to food products or to organic solutions to prevent decomposition due to chemical change or bacterial action. They are added to make food last longer, however, they are not great when put into your body. When you eat processed food that has been preserved in this way, you are eating fat. Organic foods, on the other hand, do not contain trans fats. Organic foods are grown and produced without preservatives, additives, and toxins so that the body can break them down and absorb their nutrients, making it easier for your body to run effectively. At Harvest, since we only cook organic and natural foods, we don’t use preservatives.

Cooking is not only a culinary art but also a source of nutrition, taste and good health. Enzymes, important vitamins and minerals can be killed when they are exposed to high temperature cooking. To prepare a meal without losing the nutrients, the solution is to cook it at a temperature of 165° F. It ensues that the meal is cooked slower. Enzymes are one of the most essential elements in our body and that’s why, at Harvest, we never cook our products over 165°F, in order to preserve the nutrients of the dishes.
